My role as Artistic Director/CEO is to lead the Artistic Vision of the company, which include programming our seasons of work, and leading on all strategic aims of the company as CEO.

My role is leading on visitor experience and engagement with the company ensuring we have a safe and welcoming environment, as well as raising the commercial profile of the company.
